The 2017 LIHEAP Energy Assistance Program is now
Applications are no longer being accepted as of March 14, 2017.
Due to State and Federal budget cuts for the FY2017 Grant year; despite efforts to run the program as long and serve as many clients with lower assistance amounts, LIHEAP ran out of funding.
Effective immediately the Energy Assistance Program will be CLOSED until November 2017.
Clients are encouraged to utilize financial literacy classes offered by THRHA Financial Cent$ Program to develop alternative solutions to energy assistance.
